Role overview

We’re looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to help shape the user experience of our modular iGaming platform. As part of our cross-functional product team, you’ll turn complex user flows into elegant, intuitive interfaces that support both players and operators. You’ll be involved in every stage of the design process — from research and wireframes to polished UI - and contribute to a consistent design system that scales across products and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile applications, including casino frontends, betting UIs, admin dashboards, and affiliate tools.

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that bring ideas to life.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals, user flows, and technical feasibility.

  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to validate and improve designs.

  • Help evolve and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across brands and modules.

  • Advocate for accessibility, localization, and responsive design best practices.

  • Iterate on your work based on analytics, A/B tests, and user behavior data.

  • Stay current on design trends, iGaming UX patterns, and emerging tools.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, HCI, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 2+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech, or iGaming environments.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, clear visual hierarchy, and clean interface design.

  • Proficiency in Figma.

  • Understanding of core UX/UI principles, including accessibility, interaction states, and responsive layouts.

  • Experience conducting or participating in user research and usability testing.

  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and clearly communicate design decisions.

  • Familiarity with front-end principles (HTML/CSS) and developer handoff workflows.

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in solving design problems.
